The essential context, scope and project details behind this completed transformation.
Context
Develop a Full Deco Pack for Apartment B1 in Poste La Fayette, coordinating furniture, decorative lighting, artwork, soft furnishings and accessories across the principal interior and outdoor spaces.
Create a calm, cohesive and welcoming residence using a Japandi organic language that feels refined without becoming formal or visually heavy.
Diagnosis
Unify several open-plan and private spaces with one recognisable design identity while maintaining comfort, visual calm and a natural relationship with the tropical setting.
Selections needed to work with the existing apartment architecture, strong natural light, open-plan circulation and practical everyday residential use.
Creative Direction
Japandi Organic Vibes: Japanese-inspired restraint combined with Scandinavian warmth, expressed through rounded silhouettes, natural timber, soft neutrals, sage and olive accents and tactile artisanal materials.
Furniture groupings were used to define the living and dining zones while preserving open circulation. Bedrooms were kept visually quiet, and the terrace extended the same relaxed material language outdoors.
Warm natural wood, neutral upholstery, woven fibres, ceramics, textured textiles, muted green accents and organic artwork create a layered but restrained palette.
The decoration scheme coordinated furniture, artwork, decorative lighting, bedside styling, entrance composition, textiles and outdoor furnishing as one consistent visual family.
Coordination
SET3 Design developed the moodboard, curated the selections and coordinated the final decoration direction across the apartment for a complete and coherent result.
